Whether you’re an experienced mover or brand new to the industry, we offer steady hours, hands-on training, and real room to grow into a lead, coordinator, or dispatcher role. • Field crew:
• Mover / Helper: Entry-level, no experience needed.
• Crew Lead / Foreman: Runs jobs on site, talks with customers, handles paperwork and payment collection.
• Driver: Specify the license needed. A non-CDL box truck under 26,000 lbs reaches a much bigger applicant pool than a CDL Class A or B job.
• Packer: Specialized in packing kitchens, fragile items, and full-home packs. Good fit for part-time or detail-oriented people.
• Specialty roles:
• Piano / Specialty Item Mover
• Long-Distance Driver (often CDL, with time on the road)
• Warehouse / Storage Associate
• Commercial / Office Mover
• Office and sales:
• Move Coordinator / Dispatcher: Scheduling crews and trucks.
• Customer Service Representative: Answering calls and booking jobs.
• Estimator / Sales Rep: In-home or virtual surveys and quotes.
